We are a team of two passionate co-founders focussed on inspiring and empowering young people and enabling great ideas through design and innovation.
Zebera is a business that will benefit many, not just a select few. It is important to us that we balance profit with purpose and will not make money at the expense
of collaborators and employees.
We will make a positive contribution to the world,

Caroline
Co-Founder
Caroline has experience working in higher education, business innovation and technology startups. She has worked with young people of all ages teaching science and engineering as well as mentoring and 1:1 coaching.

Co-Founder
Tinker, tailor, designer, maker …
Sophie has a unique background in prototyping processes, alongside electronics and business development. She's an expert in taking ideas from concept to manufacture.

THE SOLUTION
Encouraging potential.
We are building an open innovation platform which enables young people to solve real-world problems, take products to market and learn to be innovative and bold.
Education
We engage young designers through design thinking and idea generation workshops, product development and planning. We want to see young people raising their aspirations, being curious and daring to challenge themselves and the world around them.
Collaboration
We are developing partnerships with local companies and charities to identify challenges and work with our young people to imagine, design and manufacture products in an open innovation environment to solve real, local (and ultimately global) challenges.
Innovation
Alongside local workshop facilitators working within STEM and creative industries, we will identify innovative, viable product ideas that make a positive impact on the world. We'll enable young designers to develop their initial prototype into a viable product.
